Manchester police attempt to restrain a clearly distressed mentally ill man.
Filmed by a YouTube ‘auditor’, the man is seen shouting in a distressed state outside a fast food restaurant near Piccadily Gardents at around the 35:00 mark of the video. At the 36:50 mark, on of the officers clearly punches the man hard in the stomach. Moments later, the same officer is saying that the man assaulted HIM and that he is under arrest.
